La nit de la festa, un berenar \u2013ara un dinar\u2013 reuneix els habitants del poble. Al final de l&#8217;\u00e0pat, el brand\u00f3 es crema. Antigament, el brand\u00f3 &#8220;<em>eth har<\/em>&#8221; era anomentat en occit\u00e0 <em>g\u00e0d eth g\u00e0rcic<\/em>, encara que aquest terme \u00e9s menys utilitzat avui en dia.\u00a0 Els protagonistes de la festa s\u00f3n l&#8217;Ajuntament, la comissi\u00f3 de festes i els voluntaris.
