En la noche del festival, una merienda \u2013 hoy en d\u00eda comida\u2013 re\u00fane a los habitantes del pueblo. Al final de la comida, el brandon se quema. Los antiguos llamaban al brandon &#8220;<em>eth har<\/em>&#8221; en occitano (gasc\u00f3n), aunque este t\u00e9rmino es menos utilizado en la actualidad. Los responsables de la fiesta son el Ayuntamiento, el comit\u00e9 del festival y los voluntarios.
